1. Eligibility
Craftathon is open to currently enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members.
2. Registration
Teams must complete the official registration process before the deadline. Incomplete registrations will not be considered. Craftathon reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants must treat fellow participants, mentors, and organizers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disqualification. Craftathon is committed to an inclusive environment for all.
4. Intellectual Property
All work created during Craftathon remains the intellectual property of the participating team. By participating, you grant Craftathon a non-exclusive license to showcase your project for promotional purposes.
5. Prizes
Prize decisions made by the judging panel are final. Prizes will be disbursed within 30 days of the event conclusion. Craftathon reserves the right to modify prize amounts in exceptional circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Craftathon is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event. Participation is at the participant's own risk.
